高龄糖尿病患者社区护理的效果分析

目的分析高龄糖尿病患者社区的护理效果。方法随机将120例高龄糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以常规护理干预措施,观察组予以社区护理措施,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组及对照组并发症发生率分别为3.3%、20.0%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论社区护理对高龄糖尿病患者效果显著,能明显改善患者的血糖水平,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of community nursing on elderly patients with diabetes. Conclusion The effect of community nursing on elderly patients with diabetes was significant,can perfect the patient＇s blood sugar level, reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of popularization and application.
