中医正骨结合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Orthopedic Surgery on Distal Radius Fracture

目的探讨中医正骨结合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的治疗效果,寻求针对胫骨远端骨折更为有效的治疗方式。方法选取本院2015年9月至2017年9月间收治的80例胫骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照完全随机分配法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取切开复位内固定技术治疗;观察组采用中医传统正骨方法结合微创接骨板接骨技术治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者诊疗效果优良率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医正骨结合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效更佳,建议推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with orthopedic surgery in the treatment of distal radius fractures, and to seek a more effective trealment for distal radius fractures. Methods Eighty patients with distal radius fractures who were admitted between September 2015 and September 2017 were enrolled in the study. According to the completely randomized distribution method, 40 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation technique; the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics combined with minimally invasive bone plate technique. The therapeutic effects of the two groups ofpatieuts were compared. Results The excellent rate of diagnosis and treatment in the observation group （92.5%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （75.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM and bone surgery combined with surgery for the treatment of distal radius fractures is more effective, and it is recommended to promote the application.
