摘要
目的了解临安地区市售水产品中副溶血性弧菌污染情况,并对毒力基因和药敏进行检测,为防治因副溶血性弧菌引起的食源性疾病提供依据。方法随机采集市售水产品205份,采用PCR方法对分离的副溶血性弧菌进行tdh、trh基因扩增,并进行血清分型和药敏实验。结果 205份水产品中有19份样品分离出副溶血性弧菌,总检出率为9.3%,其中虾类检出率最高为15.4%;19株菌检出4株tdh阳性,1株trh阳性;19株水产品中分离出的副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林耐药率达到100.0%,有2株耐菌株耐2种以上抗生素,对环丙沙星、头孢噻肟、诺氟沙星、复方新诺明4种抗生素完全敏感。结论临安市售水产品副溶血性弧菌污染已达一定程度,同时存在耐药情况,水产品污染状况应该引起有关部门的重视。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticus( Vp) in aquatic products from Lin'an markets,test the toxic genes and sensitivity,so as to provide basis for the control of food-borne diseases caused by Vp.Methods A total of 205 aquatic products were randomly collected from markets. And PCR was used for the amplification of thermostable related hemolysin( trh) and thermostable direct hemolysin gene( tdh) of Vp,and serotyping and drug susceptibility test were performed. Results Vibrio parahaemolyticus was isolated from 19 samples in 205 aquatic products. The total detection rate was 9. 3%,among which the highest detection rate of shrimp was 15. 4%; in the 19 strains,tdh was positive in 4 strains and trh was positive in 1 strain. The resistance rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from 19 aquatic products was100. 0% to ampicillin,among which 2 strains were resistant to more than 2 antibiotics,and completely sensitive to ciprofloxacin,cefotaxime,norfloxacin,and compound sulfamethoxazole. Conclusion The contamination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the aquatic products sold in Lin'an has reached a certain level,and there is a drug resistance situation. The pollution status of aquatic products should attract the attention of relevant departments.
