摘要
目的探讨放疗对食管癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及T细胞亚群的影响。方法选取2014年6月-2017年6月本院收治的食管癌患者90例作为观察组对象,所有患者均接受放疗,选取同期于本院体检的健康志愿者90例作为对照组,比较2组血清肿瘤标志物及T细胞亚群的变化。结果观察组放疗前的CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4、CYFRA21-1、SCC水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组放疗后的CEA、CA19-9、CA72-4、CYFRA21-1、SCC水平低于放疗前,但仍高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放疗前、放疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均低于对照组,CD8+水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组放疗后的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平低于放疗前,CD8+水平高于放疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗可有效降低食管癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,但对机体的免疫功能有不良影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy on serum tumor markers and T cell subsets in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods From June 2014 to June 2017,90 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 90 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group; all patients received radiotherapy,and the changes of serum tumor markers and T cell subsets were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4,CYFRA21-1 and SCC before radiotherapy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈 0. 05); after radiotherapy,the levels of CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4,CYFRA21-1 and SCC in the observation group were lower than those before radiotherapy,but still higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group before radiotherapy and after radiotherapy were lower than those in the control group,and the CD8+level was higher than that of the control group,with the differences statistically significant( P〈 0. 05); the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group after radiotherapy were lower than those before radiotherapy,the CD8+level was higher than that before radiotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Radiotherapy can effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers in patients with esophageal cancer,but has a negative impact on the immune function of the body.
