摘要
目的报告一起因交叉污染所致河流弧菌和副溶血性弧菌食物中毒的流行病学调查。方法通过现场流行病学和实验室检测分析事件发生的原因。结果共有720人就餐,出现食物中毒共24人,罹患率为3.33%(24/720),对44份可疑食物样品和24份肛拭样本检测发现,其中检出河流弧菌阳性2例,检出率为8.33%,检出副溶血性弧菌阳性12例,检出率为50.00%。结合患者临床表现、疾病潜伏期、流行病学特点及现场卫生状况,确定此次食物中毒病原体为河流弧菌和副溶血性弧菌。中毒原因是食用了被河流弧菌和副溶血性弧菌污染的食物,食物污染是食堂晚餐食品加工过程中交叉污染所致。结论此次暴发事件是食用被河流弧菌和副溶血性弧菌污染的食物引起。河流弧菌作为本地区首次被检出的一种致病弧菌,应引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate a report on epidemiological investigation about food poisoning probably caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio fluvialis. Methods To analyze the causes of this incident by using epidemiological method and laboratory detection. Results Of the 720 people in the dining,24 suffered food poison and the attack rate was 3. 33%( 24/720).In 44 suspicious food samples and 24 anal swab samples,Vibrio fluvialis was detected in 2 samples,with the detection rate of8. 33%; Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in 12 samples,and the detection rate was 50. 00%. Combined with the patient's clinical manifestations,disease latency,epidemiological characteristics and on-site health status,the pathogens of this food poisoning were identified as Vibrio fluvialis and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Poisoning is caused by food contaminated by Vibrio fluvialis and Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and this food contamination is caused by cross-contamination in the processing of canteen dinner food. Conclusion The outbreak was caused by the food contaminated by Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Vibrio fluvialis.Because of the occurrence of pathogenic Vibrio in this region,Vibrio fluvialis should be given enough attention.
