摘要
目的:建立芪元颗粒提取纯化后总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定芪元颗粒提取纯化后总黄酮的含量,检测波长为506 nm。结果:回归方程为Y=9.628 6X+0.035 1,r=0.997,芦丁在0.008~0.048 mg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率为97.66%,RSD为2.04%。结论:紫外可见分光光度法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可以作为芪元颗粒提取纯化后总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective:To develop a UV-Vis method for detenninating total flavonoids content in puffied Qiyuan granule. Method:The content of total flavonoids in purified Qiyuan granule was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The detection wavelength was 506 nm and rutin as a control product. Results:The regression equation is Y=9.628 6X+0.035 1, r= 0.997,indicating that turin has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.008-0.048 mg/mL. The average recovery rate was 97.66% and the RSD was 2.04%. Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It could be used as a method for the determination of total flavonoids content in purified Qiyuan granule.
