旋流分离在催化剂颗粒回收中的应用

摘要 利用旋流分离的原理,开发了一种新型回收和分级工艺及相配套的回收设备,用于催化剂洗涤过滤工序带机滤液中颗粒物的回收。该设备具有分离精度高、回收率高的特点。通过在催化剂生产装置进行工业试验,成功实现了催化剂粒径10μm以上颗粒物的完全回收,现已实现了催化剂颗粒回收的工业应用,得到了较好的经济效益和环境效益。该设备在应用时还具有运行平稳、操作简单、过程低能耗、低成本、占地面积少、操作简单的优势,是一种值得推广的新型催化剂颗粒回收设备。 Based on the principle of swirl separation, a new type of recovery and grading technology and the supporting recovery equipment are developed for the recovery of particulate matter in the filter liquid of the belt cleaner in the catalyst washing and filtration process. The equipment has the characteristics of high separation precision and high recovery. Through the industrial test in the catalyst production unit, the complete recovery of the particles with particle size of more than 10μm was realized successfully. The industrial application of catalyst particle recovery has been realized and good economic and environmental benefits have been obtained. The application of this equipment has stable operation, simple operation, low energy consumption, low cost, covers an area of less, the advantages of simple operation, is a kind of new catalysts recycling equipment worth extending.
