摘要
在土壤中,以水溶性和交换态存在的氮、磷、钾被称为有效氮、有效磷、有效钾。本试验采用比色法快速检验土壤中的有效氮、磷、钾含量。选择张公堤附近10~20cm深处的土壤,使用不同的试剂浸提土壤中的有效氮、磷、钾,再用比色法测定和计算土壤样品中有效氮、磷、钾的含量。结果表明,该地区土壤中硝态氮含量12.23 mg/kg,铵态氮含量9.82 mg/kg,有效磷含量116.72 mg/kg,有效钾含量511.78 mg/kg。
The nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium that are present in the soil in water-soluble and exchangeable states are referred to as available nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium. This experiment studied the rapid determination of available N, P and K contents in soil using colorimetric methods. The soil sample was selected from the depth of 10~20 cm near Zhanggongdi. The test method first uses different reagents to leaching the available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the soil, and then uses the colorimetric method to obtain the content of available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the soil sample. Finally, the soil is effectively calculated. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content. The results are: nitrate nitrogen content 12.23 mg/kg, ammonium nitrogen content 9.82 mg/kg, available phosphorus content 116.72 mg/kg, effective potassium content 511.78 mg/kg.
