摘要
采用大蒜鳞茎、柑橘皮、洋葱鳞叶、柚子皮4种天然植物的水提取液对胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌进行抑菌试验,并对大蒜鳞茎水提液进行高效液相色谱分析。结果表明,大蒜鳞茎水提液和洋葱鳞叶水提液对胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌有抑菌作用,且大蒜鳞茎水提液效果明显,其含有7种可能的有效抑菌成分,柑橘皮和柚子皮水提液对胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌的抑菌作用不明显。该试验为抑制植物病原细菌以及控制植物病害的发生等提供了理论依据,也为用生物杀菌剂或抗菌剂替代传统的化学农药奠定了可靠的理论基础。
In this paper, the garlic bulbs, orange peel, onion scale and pomelo peel extract were used for the bacteriostatic test of carrot soft rot germs, and the water extract of garlic bulb was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography in order to screen plants with high bioactivity from some common natural plants. The results show that the water extract of garlic bulb and the aqueous extract of onion bulb have bacteriostasis effect on the soft rot fungus of carrot, and the effect of garlic bulb water extract is obvious, which contains 7 possible effective bacteriostasis components. The bacteriostasis of orange peel and grapefruit peel water extract on carrot soft rot fungus is not obvious. This experiment provides a theoretical basis for inhibiting plant pathogenic bacteria and controlling plant diseases. It also lays a reliable theoretical foundation for replacing traditional chemical pesticides with biological fungicides or antibacterial agents.
