摘要
目的:将聚乳酸(Polylactic Acid,PLA)加入生物活性玻璃(bioactive glass,BAG),以水作为制孔剂,通过冷冻干燥法制得生物活性玻璃的复合支架。方法:通过场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射,以浸泡模拟体液的方法来对其生物活性进行描述。结果:电镜可以发现,制备的支架大小不均的孔隙相互连通,生物活性玻璃很好地镶嵌在聚乳酸中之后在体外活性实验中,制得的支架在浸泡模拟人体体液后,在其表面可以看到大量的羟基磷灰石的沉积,表明生物活性玻璃复合支架有较好的生物活性。结论:冷冻干燥法制备的复合支架可作为骨修复的一种选择。
Objective: To add bioactive glass(BAG) into polylactic acid(PLA), and use water as a pore-forming agent to prepare bioactive glass composite scaffold by freeze-drying. Methods: The biological activity was described by immersing simulated body fluids by field emission scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Results: Electron microscopy revealed that the unequally sized pores of the prepared stents were interconnected, and the bioactive glass was well embedded in the polylactic acid. After in vitro activity experiments, the prepared stent was immersed in a simulated human body fluid and then was placed on the surface. A large amount of deposition of hydroxyapatite can be seen, indicating that the bioactive glass composite scaffold has better biological activity. Conclusion: The composite scaffold prepared by freeze-drying can be used as a bone repair option.
