摘要
建立了硅钼蓝分光光度法测定铁矿石中硅的方法,研究了钼酸铵用量、硫酸亚铁铵用量、波长、酸度、显色时间、温度等对硅测定的影响。通过试验找出了最佳条件:最大吸收波长650 nm、(1+2)硫酸0.5 m L、5%钼酸铵溶液5 m L、显色时间10~20 min、5%草酸10 m L、6%硫酸亚铁铵溶液10 m L、温度90℃。在此条件下得到线性方程为y=0.378 9x+0.007 8,R=0.999 52。二氧化硅的含量为3.77%,RSD为0.18%。硅钼蓝光度法简单、快速、经济,可靠。
A method for the determination of silicon in iron ore by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry was established, the effects of the amount of ammonium molybdate, the amount of ammonium ferrous sulfate, the wavelength, acidity, time and temperature on the determination of silicon were studied. The optimum conditions were found through experiments: maximum absorption wavelength was 810 nm, sulphuric acid(1+2)was 0.5 m L, ammonium molybdate solution 5% was 5 m L, Color time was 10 ~ 20 min, oxalate 5% was10 m L, Ammonium ferrous sulfate solution 6% was 10 m L; temperature was 90℃. Under these conditions, the linear equation is obtained: y = 0.3789 x+0.0078, R= 0.99952. Silica content was 3.77%, RSD=0.18%.The method is simple, fast, economical and reliable.
