摘要 乙酸正丙酯的应用十分广泛,可作为环保型有机溶剂用于电解液的配制。但传统工艺中用浓硫酸作为催化剂,生产的乙酸正丙酯在配制电解液后出现色度不达标的问题。通过对乙酸正丙酯脱重组分试验,分别利用未脱重组分与已脱重组分配制电解液,发现脱重组分后配制电解液能达标。针对这一情况,对其进行组分分析,发现副产物严重影响配制电解液后的色度。为解决乙酸正丙酯内副产物多的问题,分别用甲基磺酸与对甲苯磺酸反应温和的催化剂替代浓硫酸催化剂进行生产,同时做配制电解液试验,色度明显能稳定达到标准。通过分析组分用这两种催化剂生产乙酸正丙酯,能有效减少副产物,适用于改良乙酸正丙酯副产物多的问题。由于甲基磺酸对生产设备腐蚀严重,但甲基磺酸生产效果优于对甲苯磺酸,改用对甲苯磺酸与甲基磺酸混合作催化剂,其效果与单一使用甲基磺酸或对甲苯磺酸相当,并能减轻生产设备的损耗。 N-Propyl acetate is widely used as an environmentally friendly organic solvent and can be used in the preparation of electrolyte. However, in traditional process, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst, the production of acetic acid n-propyl ester appeared after the electrolyte was prepared, the color was not up to standard. Then through the test of n-Propyl Acetate reintegration, the electrolyte was prepared for the non recombine and the deformed component, and the electrolyte can reach the standard after the derecombination. According to the analysis of the components, it is found that the by-products seriously affect the coloration of the electrolyte. In order to improve the problem of the many side products of n-Propyl Acetate, methyl sulfonic acid and p-toluene sulfonic acid are used to substitute the concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst for the production. At the same time, the preparation of the electrolyte test is done, and the chromaticity can reach the standard. By analyzing the components, using these two catalysts to produce n-Propyl Acetate, which can effectively reduce the by-products and is suitable for improving the by-product of N-propyl acetate. Methanesulfonic acid has a serious corrosion to production equipment, but the production effect of methanesulfonic acid is better than that of p-toluene sulfonic acid. The mixture of p-toluene sulfonic acid and methanesulfonic acid is used as a catalyst. The effect is equal to that of single use of methylsulfonic acid or p-toluene sulfonic acid, and can reduce the loss of production equipment.
