研究脐带间充质干细胞制剂的保存条件,为建立其有效期提供支持性数据,为制剂的进一步开发提供稳定性根据。通过对比其分别在室温(23℃)和4℃条件下保存试验研究其质量稳定性情况,为干细胞药品保质期及保存温度的确定提供依据。

by studying the condition of preservation of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell preparation, supporting data were provided to establish its validity period, and a stable basis was provided for further development of the preparation. By comparing its respectively at room temperature（23℃） and 4 ℃ under the condition of save experimental study on the quality of stability, for the determination of stem cell medicine shelf-life and storage temperature.
