摘要
利用粉绿狐尾藻净化高铵态氮废水是目前养殖废水生态净化方法的研究热点,探索粉绿狐尾藻对高铵态氮废水的抗氧化机制,可为其净化潜力的开发提供理论支撑。试验结果表明,粉绿狐尾藻在面对铵态氮胁迫时,随铵态氮浓度升高,其丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,抗氧化酶活性随之升高。在一定的铵态氮浓度范围和培养周期内,超氧歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)参与了植物受胁迫进程的抗氧化调控,并通过协同作用降低活性氧伤害,维持植物生理功能,但较高浓度和较长时间的胁迫亦可使植物的生长受到抑制。
The purification of wastewater containing high ammonium nitrogen by Myriophyllumaquaticum is the research hotspot of the ecological purification method of current aquaculture wastewater. The antioxidant mechanism of Myriophyllumaquaticumon high ammonium nitrogen wastewater is explored, which can provide theoretical support for the development of its purification potential. The results showed that when the concentration of ammonium nitrogen was increased, the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in Myriophyllumaquaticumwas significantly increased. Superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) were involved in the regulation of antioxidant activity in the process of stress in plants, and the effects of reactive oxygen species were reduced and plant physiological function was maintained by synergism, but higher concentrations and longer stress can also inhibit plant growth.
