肉色迷孔菌深层发酵培养条件的探究

Study on the Culture Conditions of Deep Fermentation of Daedalea dickinsii(Berk. ex Cke.) Yasuda

从肉色迷孔菌子实体中分离纯化菌种,在正交试验确定出液体深层发酵最适培养基的基础上,分别进行接种量、温度、p H、发酵液装瓶量、摇床转动速率的单因素试验,试验结果表明,肉色迷孔菌摇瓶液体培养的最适培养条件分别为接种量10%、温度30℃、p H值6、发酵液装瓶量150m L/500m L、摇床转速80r/min。

Separate and purifying that strain from the sporophore of Daedalea dickinsii（Berk. ex Cke.） Yasuda.The optimum culture medium for submerged fermentation was determined by orthogonal test. The single factor experiments were carried out on inoculation amount, temperature, p H, fermentation liquid bottling amount and shaking speed. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were as follows： inoculation amount 10 %, temperature 30 ℃, p H 6, fermentation liquid bottling amount 150 m L/500 m L, shaking speed 80 r/min.
