脐带间充质干细胞最佳制备条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 间充质干细胞具有多向分化潜能、免疫调节、造血支持和促进干细胞植入等特点而备受关注。近年来,随着关于脐带间充质干细胞相关研究逐步深入,脐带间充质干细胞的优势逐渐显现出来,由于脐带间充质干细胞独有特性使其有望代替骨髓间充质干细胞成为更好的组织工程研究对象。本文从脐带间充质干细胞(UC-MSCs)的分离、培养条件方面进行试验研究,得出结论 UC-MSCs制备期间,脐带采集后应尽快分离,以确保细胞生长状态良好,且P5代UC-MSCs细胞表型更加稳定,杂细胞少,建议推荐治疗使用。 Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs), which have the characteristics such as multidirectional differentiation potential, immune regulation, hematopoietic support, and promotion of stem cell implantation, have been attracted much attention. In recent years, with the gradual deepening of studies on umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, the advantage of them has been gradually realized, because they are considered to be a potential substitute for bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and become a better object of organizational engineering research. On the basis of the experiments of UC-MSCs' isolation and culture conditions, this paper concludes that during the preparation of UCMSCs, the umbilical cord should be isolated as soon as possible after the collection, in order to make sure that cells are in good state. In addition, P5 generation of UC-MSCs cell is recommended in therapeutic due to their stablephenotype and few other cells.
