摘要
KPI是关键绩效指标的简称,是指企业宏观战略目标决策经过层层分解后所产生的可操作性的战术目标,是宏观战略决策执行效果的监测指针。KPI是衡量企业战略实施效果的关键指标,其目的是建立一种机制,将企业战略转化为内部管理过程和活动,以不断增强企业的核心竞争力和可持续发展的动力,使企业取得高效益。KPI的管控,重点不在于"事后"统计和分析,而在于平时的"实时"监控和异常推进,数据分析是KPI管控的基础和核心要素。
KPI is the abbreviated form of Key Performance Indicator. It refers to the operational tactical goal of the macro-strategic goal decision-making of an enterprise after being decomposed layer by layer. It is a monitoring indicator for the implementation effect of macro strategic decision-making. KPI is a key indicator to measure the effect of enterprise strategy implementation.
