Research on Patent Strategy to Improve College Students' Innovation Ability

首先阐明了建立和实施专利战略对于提高大学生创业者创新创业能力的促进作用;其次针对大学生创新创业的特点,在充分挖掘与分析相关专利信息的基础上,提出构建大学生创新创业专利战略的思路、框架以及方法与流程;最后指出了大学生创业者在实施专利战略过程中应注意的问题,并给出相应的建议.为大学生创业者预测正确的技术研发方向、确定目标市场、寻找合适的合作伙伴和提升综合竞争力等提供科学依据,为提升大学生创新创业能力提供思路.

This paper firstly illustrates that the establishment and implementation of patent strategy can improve college students＇ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship; Secondly, on the basis of the characteristics of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship and the exploring and analysing the relevant patent information, it brings forward the ideas, framework, methods and process of constructing the patent strategy; Finally, it points out the problems that entrepreneurs should pay attention to actualize patent strategy and give some advice. The research aims to help college students to scientifically predict the direction of technology development and determine the target market and seek the right partners and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness, so as to assist college students to elevate their innovative ability.
