摘要
目的探讨抑癌基因(PTEN)在子宫内膜异位症患者在位及异位内膜中的表达及其临床意义,为临床治疗提供依据。方法分别采用免疫组化(SP)及半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测PTEN蛋白及mRNA在子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位内膜及正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果 PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位内膜组织中的表达明显弱于正常内膜组织中的表达,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN mRNA在子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位内膜组织中的表达明显弱于正常内膜组织中的表达,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN蛋白及mRNA在子宫内膜异位症患者中呈弱表达状态,可能与该病的发生密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and its clinical significance in endometrio- sis patients. Methods The expression of PTEN protein and mRNA in eutopic endometriosis, ectopic endometrium and normal endometri- um were detected by immunohistochemistry and semi -quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction respectively. Results The expression of PTEN protein in endometriosis eutopic, ectopic endometrial tissue was weaker than normal endometrial tis- sue, which the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The expression of PTEN mRNA in endometriosis eutopic, ectopic en- dometrial tissue was weaker than normal endometrial tissue, which the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of PTEN protein and mRNA are high in patients with endometriosis and it may be one of the mechanisms to induce the disease.
