重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤的神经重症监护及治疗

Nerve intensive care unit monitoring and treatments for severe traumatic brain injury with multiple injuries

目的重型颅脑损伤合并多发伤因伤情严重,复杂,在处理上要比单纯颅脑损伤复杂,其致残率、病死率高;神经重症监护(NICU)为该类病人提供了更专业、更全面、更精准的监护及治疗,一定程度上提高救治成功率。本文总结了合并多发伤的重型颅脑损伤病人的NICU及治疗。

Severe traumatic brain injury complicated by multiple injuries is more complicated and serious than simple craniocerebral injury. Its disability rate, mortality rate is high. Nerve Intensive Care U- nit（NICU） provides more professional, more comprehensive, more accurate monitoring and treatment for these patients, to some extent, NICU improves the success rate of treatment. This article will summarize the NICU and treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients with multiple injuries
