余甘子提取物的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨余甘子的急性毒性、遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。方法采用最大耐受剂量法进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验,通过Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验检测余甘子的遗传毒性,大鼠灌胃给药30d观察其亚急性毒性。结果余甘子药液对雌雄小鼠的LD50均大于20 000 mg/kg。三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性(P>0.05),亚急性毒性试验期内各试验组动物生长发育良好,各项指标均在正常值范围内,病理组织学检查未见明显异常。结论余甘子属于无毒级,在所测剂量及检测指标范围内未发现遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。 Objective To explore the acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and sub-acute toxicity of Phyllanthus emblica.Methods Acute toxicity test for mice was done by maximum dose method.Genetic toxicity was detected by Ames test,micronucleus test of bone marrow PCE cell and sperm shape abnormality test on mice.Subacute toxicity was observed in rats by 30 days of gavage. Results The result of acute toxicity in mice was greater than 20 000 mg/kg.Three genetic tests showed negative results(P〉 0.05).During the 30-day feeding experiment the rats grew well and all the indexes were in the normal range which had no difference compared with the control group.No histopathological changes were observed. Conclusion Phyllanthus emblicais is in non-toxic class;no genetic toxicity and sub-acute toxicity are observed in the range
