2007～2017年介休市艾滋病流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS,Jiexiu city,2007-2017

目的了解介休市艾滋病的流行病学特征,为制定艾滋病防控措施提供科学依据。方法根据艾滋病基本信息系统对介休市2007~2017年HIV/AIDS数据进行统计分析。结果 2007~2017年介休市共报告艾滋病85例,男∶女=5.5∶1,平均年龄为(35.12±15.10)岁;年均发病率为1.89/10万,年均增长率21.91%。发病率总体呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01);每月均有病例报告,无明显季节性。地区分布以城关乡、绵山镇和义棠镇3个乡镇发病率最高,均高于城区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。25~34岁年龄段发病最多,占37.65%(32/85),15~24岁年龄段次之,占25.88%(22/85)。72例HIV/AIDS男性病例中,感染途径以性传播为主(98.82%),其中经男男性行为途径感染54例(占63.53%),未婚居多,整体呈年轻化,主动检测意识强。结论介休市HIV/AIDS疫情总体呈逐年上升趋势,青少年人群和经男男性性行为传播病例增长明显。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS cases in Jiexiu city,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods According to the basic information system of AIDS,the statistical analysis was made on AIDS data in Jiexiu city from 2007 to 2017. Results A total of 85 cases of HIV/AIDS were reported in Jiexiu city from 2007 to 2017.Male：female=5.5：1,the average age was（35.12±15.10）years old;the annual incidence rate was 1.89/lakh,with an average annual growth rate of 21.91%.The incidence rate generally increased year by year（P〈0.01）;there were case reports every month,no obvious seasonality.The regional distribution of the three townships in Chengguan township,Mianshan town and Yiwu town was the highest,which was higher than that in urban areas,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The 25-34 age group had the highest incidence,accounting for 37.65%（32/85）,followed by the 15-24 age group,accounting for 26%（22/85）.Among 72 cases of HIV/AIDS males,the main route of infection was sexual transmission（98.82%）,of which 54 cases（63.53%）were infected by male-male behavior,and most of them were unmarried.The overall situation was younger and the awareness of active detection was strong. Conclusion The overall AIDS epidemic situation in Jiexiu city is increasing year by year,and the number of adolescents and men who have sex with men has increased significantly.
