2017年曲阜市某高校大学生艾滋病及儒家文化健康教育效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of AIDS and Confucian culture cealth education among college students in a university,Qufu city,2017

目的了解大学生艾滋病及儒家文化健康教育效果,为今后开展高校艾滋病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 2017年9~11月对曲阜市某高校新生进行艾滋病及儒家文化健康教育干预,分别在干预前后进行问卷调查。结果健康教育干预后大学生艾滋病知识平均知晓率从66.31%提高到90.76%,介意婚前性行为的人数构成比从64.89%提高到76.40%。大学生获得艾滋病知识来源主要是报刊杂志(1 400人、占81.11%)、影视(1 286人、占74.81%)、免费宣传材料(1 162人、占67.60%)。干预后88.89%的大学生想了解艾滋病和儒家文化知识,86.03%的认为将儒家文化融进艾滋病健康教育非常必要。认为应遵守传统性道德、反对一个人可以拥有多个性伴的也分别从83.01%、82.39%提高到93.81%、89.58%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对大学生进行艾滋病及儒家文化健康教育能引导树立正确的性观念,有利于减少艾滋病在高校的传播与蔓延。

Objective To understand the effect of college students＇ AIDS knowledge and Confucian culture health education,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out AIDS prevention and control in colleges and universities. MethodsIntervention on AIDS and Confucian culture health education for freshmen in Qufu University from September to November 2017,questionnaire surveyes were conducted before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention of health education,the average awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among college students increased from 66.31% to90.76%,the proportion of people who cared about premarital sex increased from 64.89%to 76.40%.The main sources of AIDS knowledge for college students were newspapers and magazines（1 400,81.11%）,film and television（1 286,74.81%）,free publicity materials（1 162,67.60%）.After intervention,88.89% of the college students wanted to understand AIDS and Confucian culture knowledge.86.03%thought it was necessary to integrate Confucian culture into AIDS health education.Those who believed that traditional morality should be observed and who opposed a person＇s ability to have a multi-personality partner increased from 83.01%and 82.39%to 93.81%and 89.58%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion AIDS and Confucian culture health education among college students can lead to the establishment of a correct sexual concept and help to reduce the transmission and spread of AIDS in colleges and universities.
