摘要
研究实时道路环境下的汽车无级变速比控制策略,是自动变速汽车发展的必经之路,对此,就实时道路环境下的汽车无级变速比控制策略展开研究。首先简单阐述了金属带式无级变速器结构与原理;然后构建基于发动机、液力变矩器以及无级变速器等汽车动力传动系统相关部件的模型;接着进一步针对拥堵平直道路环境,通过基于需求功率进行逆向求解的方法,得出了汽车无级变速比最优控制策略;最后,以相关试验与仿真分析,证明了该控制策略的有效性。
Studying the continuously variable ratio control strategy of vehicle under real-time road envi- ronment is the only way for the development of automatic transmission vehicle. In this paper, the continu- ously variable ratio control strategy of vehicle under real-time road environment is studied. This paper briefly discusses the CVT structure and principle; and then builds the engine, torque converter and CVT vehicle power transmission system model based on related components. For congestion straight road envi- ronment, through the method of reverse solution based on power demands, the CVT ratio optimal control strategy is put forward. Finally, with relative tests and simulation analysis, the effectiveness of the control strategy is proved.
