机车齿轮箱故障在各机务段配属的各型机车均时有发生,故障主要表现为齿轮箱漏油,属于常见典型故障,对齿轮箱防漏油技术进行研究是节约成本,提高质量,提升效率的有效手段。分析了机车齿轮箱的构造及其润滑机理,对齿轮箱常见的漏油故障原因进行了分析,并从齿轮箱结构改造以及检修工艺和耗材配件等方面给出了操作简单,成本低,易实现的故障处理与防漏油建议。

Locomotive gearbox faults in various locomotives often happen, and the main fault is gear oil leakage, which is a typical fault. Study of gearbox oil leakage prevention technique is the effective mea- sure to save cost, improve the quality and promote efficiency. This paper analyzes the structure of locomo- tive gear box and the lubrication mechanism, as well as the common reason of gear oil leakage of gear box. From the aspects of gearbox structure modification, maintenance process and consumable accessories, sug- gestions on fault handling and oil leakage prevention are put forward, which are easy to operate, low cost and easy to implement.
