摘要
介绍了SDA_4型机车牵引通风系统设计结构,并采用ANSYS软件对牵引通风风道进行了流体仿真分析,对实物模型进行了测试,通过仿真计算、实物模型试验进行了对比分析。实际装车测试结果表明,仿真计算有效,从而确保机车整个通风系统的良好匹配性。
The paper introduces the design structure of traction ventilation system for SDA_4 locomotive. Flow simulation analysis is made for traction ventilation duct using ANSYS software. Comparison and analysis are made through simulation calculation and physical model test.The actual load test results show that simulation calculation is effective,and the good match of the entire ventilation system for the locomotive is ensured.
