摘要
在HX_N5型机车空压机控制系统中,经常出现空压机接触器烧灼或黏连的现象导致一些故障的发生。通过对接触器闭合和断开瞬间的观察,发现电弧的产生是导致接触器烧灼或黏连的直接原因。优化空压机控制回路,对其进行适当的改进可以降低电弧对空压机接触器产生的影响,进而延长空压机接触器的使用寿命。
The phenomenon of air compressor contactor burning or sticking often occurs in HX_N5 locomotive air compressor control system,which leads to some faults. Through observing the switching moment of the contactor,it is found that the electric arc is the direct cause. Optimizing and improving the air compressor control circuit properly can reduce the effect of electric arc on the air compressor contactor,thus prolonging its service life.
