中医学“结”的内涵研究

On the Connotation of Jie (结) in Traditional Chinese Medicine

结,本意缔也,用以结绳记事,后引申出缔结盟约、契约等含义。在古代医学中结有凝聚、不通畅之义,并以脉象名、病(证)名的形式出现在文献中。《伤寒杂病论》问世后,结的医学内涵趋于完善,并得以传承和发展。基于古今文献,系统梳理对"结"医学内涵的理论研究,发现结的古代医学内涵可概括为人体部位、病名、症状、脉象与病机,而其在现代多以结合、兼并之义见于证候名和病机中;认为"结"病机有其重要且独特的内涵,为寒热等邪气与有形之物包括血、水、痰、食、瘀相互结聚的病理过程。

Original meaning of Jie（ 结） is conclusion,meaning that using the tie and rope to record. The expand meaning is covenant,contract etc. In ancient medicine,it means condensed,unsmooth,etc.,and appeared as a name of pulse,syndrome. The medical connotation of Jie has been improved and developed since Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases（ 《伤寒杂病论》）. This paper studied the medical meaning of Jie based on ancient classics,and found that the connotation of the Jie covers anatomical site,disease name,symptoms,pulse and pathogenesis,and it also refers to syndrome name and pathogenesis with combination in modern medicine. The author thought that the pathogenesis of Jie is important and unique sit is a combination of pathogenic qi including cold,heat,etc. and visible factors including blood,water,phlegm,food and stasis.
