微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液皮损下注射治疗成人局限性慢性单纯苔藓80例临床观察

Clinical observation of intralesional treatment with mini dose fluorouracil and triamcinolone for adult local lichen simplex chronicus

目的观察皮损下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗局限性慢性单纯苔藓的疗效、安全性及复发情况。方法治疗组80例给予皮损下注射5-FU曲安奈德混合注射液,对照组82例给予皮损下注射等量曲安奈德注射液,每2周治疗1次,共治疗2次,并在治疗前、后查血常规、肝肾功能,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为92. 50%,对照组85. 37%,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。随访约12个月时,治疗组复发率10. 29%,对照组复发率30. 30%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。两组患者治疗前、后血常规、肝肾功能均正常。治疗组注射药物后出现一过性局部瘙痒占13. 75%。结论皮损下注射微量5-FU曲安奈德混合液治疗成人局限性慢性单纯苔藓,与单纯注射曲安奈德治愈率相似,但复发率低、药物不良反应轻,值得应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and recurrence of intralesional treatment with mini dose fluorouracil and triamcinolone for local lichen simplex chronicus of adult . Methods Eighty cases in the treatment group were injected with fluorouracil and triamcinolone; while 82 cases in the control group were injected with triamcinolone only. The two groups were treated once two weeks, 2 times in total. Blood routine, liver function and kidney function of the two groups were examined respectively before and after treatment. The results of the two groups were compared in the end. Results The recovery rate of the treatment group was 92.50% , while that of the control group was 85.37%. No significant difference was found between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）. About 12 months later, the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 10.29% , and the control group was 30. 30% , the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The results of blood routine, liver function and kidney function were all normal. Pruritus occurred rate was 13.75% in the treatment group for a short time. Conclusion Considering low recurrence rate, similar recover rate and slight adverse drug reaction, intralesional injecting combined drug of mini dose fluorouracil and triamcinolone for lichen simplex chronicus of adult is worthy of using.
