扶正解毒汤治疗宫颈癌的安全性探究

Study on the Safety of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

目的探究宫颈癌运用扶正解毒汤治疗的安全性。方法选取我院收治的确诊为宫颈癌放疗后患者66例,并将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组33例,单纯给予保妇康栓治疗;观察组33例,在对照组的基础上给予扶正解毒汤联合治疗。观察2组治疗效果。结果观察组胃肠道反应及不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肿瘤内分泌指标及免疫功能指标均明显较同时期的对照组优,2组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正解毒汤治疗宫颈癌临床效果显著,可有效改善患者肿瘤内分泌及免疫功能相关指标,减少胃肠道不良反应的发生,具有较高安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the safety of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods 66 patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 33 cases in the control group received Baofukang suppository. The observation group of 33 cases was treated with Fuzheng Jiedu decoction on the basis of the Baofukang suppository. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal reaction and adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,and the endocrine index of tumor after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The indexes of immune function were significantly better than those of the control group in the same period. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu decoction in treating cervical cancer is remarkable,which can effectively improve the related indexes of endocrine and immune function,reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and is safe and worthy of clinical popularization.
