中医综合疗法用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折研究

Study on the Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined Therapy in Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

目的探讨中医综合疗法用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折的应用效果。方法回顾2016年1月—2017年1月胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例以治疗方法分组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组则给予中医综合疗法治疗。比较2组胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗总有效率;平均住院时间;治疗前后患者疼痛评分、日常生活能力评分、TLICS评分、伤椎高度;治疗前后患者血液流变学指数;并发症发生率。结果观察组胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前2组疼痛评分、日常生活能力评分、TLICS评分、伤椎高度相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组疼痛评分、日常生活能力评分、TLICS评分、伤椎高度优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组血液流变学指数相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组血液流变学指数优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医综合疗法用于胸腰椎压缩性骨折的应用效果确切,可有效恢复伤椎高度,改善血液流变学,减轻疼痛,减少并发症,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine on thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 80 cases of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients from January 2016 to January 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy. The total effective rate of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture,the average hospitalization time,the pain score of patients before and after treatment,the ability of daily living score and TLICS score,the height of injured vertebrae was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Before treatment,the pain score,the activity of daily living score（ TLICS） and the heights of the injured vertebrae were similar in the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the pain score and the activity of daily living score（ TLICS） in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The height of injured vertebra of the observation group was better than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. Before treatment,the hemorheology index of the two groups was similar（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the hemorheology index of observation group was better than that of control group（ P 0. 05）. The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The application of lumbar compression fracture is effective in restoring the height of injured vertebrae,improving hemorheology,alleviating pain,reducing complications and improving the quality of life. It is worth popularizing and applying.
