康莱特注射液治疗晚期肺癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Kanglaite Injection in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的探讨康莱特注射液治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法给与患者康莱特注射液,30天为一个疗程,治疗后观察患者血常规、kps评分、T细胞亚群变化等变化。结果 32例患者PR 9例,PD 13例,NC 10例。KPS评分从治疗前的平均52分改善至74分,12例疼痛患者中9例有所缓解,2例完全缓解,总有效率75%。治疗前后肝肾功能无明显变化。治疗后T细胞亚群变化显著。结论康莱特注射液抗肿瘤安全有效稳定,是目前肿瘤综合治疗中较为理想的抗肿瘤药物之一,值得进一步研究和推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Kanglaite injection in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Method Kanglaite injection was given to patients 30 days as a course of treatment. After treatment,blood routine test,KPS score and T cell subgroup change were observed. Result 32 cases were PR9,13 cases were PD,and 10 cases were NC. The KPS score improved from 52 points before treatment to 74 points. 9 cases had remission in 12 cases,2 cases had complete remission. The total effective rate was 75%. There was no significant change in liver and kidney function and kidney function before and after treatment. The changes of T cell subsets were significant after treatment. Conclusion Kanglaite injection is effective and stable in anti-tumor safety. It is one of the most ideal antitumor drugs in the comprehensive treatment of tumor. It is worthy of further research and popularization.
