强督通脉法配合密集型毫针刺法治疗强直性脊柱炎

Strengthening Governor Channel and Promoting Circulation of Qi Combined with Intensive Filiform Needle Acupuncture in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探究强督通脉法配合密集型毫针刺法治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2014年3月—2017年5月收治的90例强直性脊柱炎患者,采用随机分配的方式,分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规治疗法,观察组采用强督通脉配合密集型毫针刺法。观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果本次研究,将强督通脉法配合密集型毫针刺法应用到强直性脊柱炎治疗中,观察组的总有效率为97.78%,对照组的总有效率为53.33%,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组;观察组患者的晨僵时间、症状积分明显低于对照组;观察组治疗后的改良Schober、脊柱活动度、臀地距、胸廓活动度明显比对照组强。2组患者的各项指标对比差异明显,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论强督通脉配合密集型毫针刺法强直性脊柱炎的临床效果显著,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of strengthening governor channel and promoting circulation of qi combined with intensive filiform needle acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 90 patients with ankylosing spondylitis enrolled in our hospital from March 2014 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with strengthening governor channel and promoting circulation of qi combined with intensive filiform needle acupuncture. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results In this study,the total effective rate in the observation group was 97. 78%,the total effective rate in the control group was53. 33%,and the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The morning stiffness and symptom score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The improved Schober,spine activity,hip distance and thoracic activity in the observation group were significantly stronger than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups of patients was significantly P 0. 05 and it was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of strengthening governor channel and promoting circulation of qi combined with intensive filiform needle acupuncture in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis is remarkable,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
