中医针灸在糖尿病体位性低血压治疗中的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Diabetic Postural Hypotension

目的观察分析中医针灸应用于糖尿病体位性低血压的治疗效果。方法选取糖尿病体位性低血压患者89例,以随机分组的方式将其分为中医组和常规组,常规组44例患者采用常规西药进行治疗,中医组45例患者在常规组的条件上采用中医针灸治疗,比较分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果中医组的总有效率为93.33%,常规组的总有效为72.73%,中医组明显优于常规组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医针灸治疗糖尿病体位性低血压,可有效改善患者的临床体征症状,其治疗效果理想,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetic hypotension. Methods 89 patients with diabetic hypotension were randomly divided into TCM group and routine group. Forty-four patients in the routine group were treated with conventional western medicine,while 45 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in the condition of the routine group. Results The total effective rate of TCM group was 93. 33%,and the total effective rate of routine group was 72. 73%. The TCM group was obviously superior to the routine group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic postural hypotension by acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical signs and symptoms of the patients. The therapeutic effect is ideal and it is worth popularizing.
