针刺治疗眼肌麻痹30例

Acupuncture in the Treatment of Ophthalmoplegia for 30 Cases

目的对30例眼肌麻痹引起的复视进行针刺治疗,评价眼周针刺治疗的安全性和有效性,为眼肌麻痹提供传统医学的治疗方法。方法对2015年6月—2017年12月,在成都中医药大学附属医院眼科门诊及住院部,确诊为眼肌麻痹患者的门诊及住院病历资料进行分组,随机分为对照组和针刺治疗组,观察病人同视机,睑裂大小、瞳孔大小,并进行统计学计算。结果针刺治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P>0.05)。在治疗过程中,治疗组出现9例眶周出血,均未影响患者视力,约10天左右自然吸收。对照组患者无安全性问题。结论针刺治疗可能通过刺激相关穴位(阿是穴),对眼周的神经进行刺激,增加了相关的神经递质的分泌;或者是对眼周的肌肉(肌梭,肌腱)直接刺激,促进肌肉的自身修复,由此达到可以调节眼位,改善复视的目的。在本次观察过程中,眼周麻痹使用针灸治疗,安全有效方便,可以进一步研究推广。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia for 30 cases,and to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of periocular acupuncture therapy and to provide traditional medicine therapy for ophthalmoplegia. Methods From June 2015 to December 2017,in outpatient and hospitalization of ophthalmology department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,patients diagnosed with ophthalmoplegia medical records were grouped and randomly divided into control group and acupuncture treatment group. The patient＇s machine,palpebral fissure size,the size of the pupil,and statistical calculation were observed. Results The total clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment group was higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. In the course of treatment,9 cases of periorbital hemorrhage occurred in the treatment group,which did not affect the patient＇s vision,which was naturally absorbed about 10 days. The control group had no safety problems. Conclusion The acupuncture therapy may stimulate the nerve of the peripheral nerve,and increase the secretion of related neurotransmitters. Or it is the muscle of the eye week（ muscle spindle,tendon）direct stimulation,promote the muscle＇s own repair,thereby achieve can adjust the eye position,improve the purpose of diplopia. During this observation,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is used in the eyes,which is safe and effective,and can be further studied and promoted.
