钩针治疗对股骨头坏死症状的影响

The Effect of Crochet Acupuncture on the Symptoms of Femoral Hhead Necrosis

目的观察钩针配合髋关节功能锻炼对股骨头坏死引起的髋关节疼痛和功能的影响。方法将164例股骨头坏死患者随机分为2组,治疗组和对照组均82例。2组均在口服中成药治疗的基础上,对照组采用髋关节不负重功能锻炼,治疗组采用髋关节钩针松解和不负重的功能锻炼相结合的方法,3个月后根据情况可以再做一次,2组均于6个月后观察髋关节疼痛和功能的改善情况。结果 2组对髋关节疼痛的影响:对照组总有效率为66.4%;治疗组总有效率为81.5%;2组疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组对患者髋关节功能的影响:对照组有效90髋,总有效率73.8%;治疗组有效113髋,总有效率91.1%,2组疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全观察方面,未见有不良反应。结论钩针配合髋关节功能锻炼对股骨头坏死引起髋关节疼痛的减轻和功能的改善明显,钩针治疗安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the effect of crochet acupuncture combined with hip functional exercise on the pain and function of the hip joint caused by femoral head necrosis. Methods 164 cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group,with 82 cases in each group. In the treatment group,bilateral necrosis occurred in 42 cases,left side necrosis in 26 cases,right side necrosis in 14 cases,a total of 124 hips,including 47 males and 35 females. The youngest is 19 years old,the largest is 68 years old,the average age（ 43. 26 ± 43. 26） years old,and the average course of disease was（ 3. 42 ± 3. 42） years. In the control group,bilateral necrosis occurred in 40 cases,left necrosis in 19 cases,and right necrosis in 23 cases,a total of 122 hips,including44 males and 38 females. The youngest is 21 years old,the largest is 70 years old,the average age（ 42. 63 ± 42. 63） years old,and the average course of disease was（ 2. 32 ± 2. 32） years old. The statistical analysis showed that the two groups were comparable in gender and age,and there was no significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The two groups were treated with Chinese medicine treatment based on the control group used hip exercise method,functional exercise treatment group used hip Crochet release and weight-bearing combination. After 3 months,according to the situation can be done again,improve the situation of two groups in the 6 months after the concept of hip joint pain and function. Results The influence of the two groups on hip pain： the total effective rate of the control group was 66. 4%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81. 5%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Two groups of patients with hip joint function,the control group had effective 90 hips,the total effective rate was 73. 8%,the treatment group had effective 113 hips,and the total effective rate 91. 1%. The difference has statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. There was no adverse reaction in safety observation. Conclusion Crochet needle combined with hip function exercise can reduce the pain and improve the function of hip joint caused by avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Crooked therapy is safe and reliable,and is worthy of clinical application.
