中西医结合治疗对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫学等指标及生存率影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Immunological Indexs and Survival Rate of Patients with Advanced Ovarian Cancer

目的探究中西医结合治疗对晚期卵巢癌患者免疫学等指标及生存率影响。方法研究对象选取我院2013年1月—2015年1月间收治的卵巢癌患者92例,按照随机数字法将其分为研究组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组接受西医化疗,在此基础上,研究组联合中医疗法。比较2组患者的临床疗效及治疗后的T细胞亚群水平及生存率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ~2=6.27,P=0.01);治疗后,研究组的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),3年生存率(91.30%)明显高于对照组(71.74%)(χ~2=5.84,P=0.02)。结论中西医治疗晚期卵巢癌临床疗效明显,可显著改善机体免疫功能,增加机体免疫力,延长患者生存期限,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on immunological indexes and survival rate of patients with advanced ovarian cancer. Methods 92 patients with ovarian cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group（ n = 46） and control group（ n = 46）. The control group received western medicine chemotherapy,and on this basis,the study group was given Chinese medicine therapy. The clinical efficacy and the level of T-cell subsets and survival after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group（ χ~2= 6. 27,P = 0. 01）. After treatment,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the study group were significantly higher than the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of TCM and WM in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer is obvious,can significantly improve the immune function,increase the body immunity and prolong the life span of patients,which is worth to be popularized.
