膳食纤维配合益气养阴润肠汤治疗老年功能性便秘的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Dietary Fiber Combined with Yiqi Yangyin Runchang Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Functional Constipation

目的探讨常规西药、膳食纤维联合益气养阴润肠汤治疗老年功能性便秘的应用效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年11月老年功能性便秘患者90例。根据治疗方法分组,对照组给予单一常规西药、膳食纤维治疗,观察组则给予常规西药、膳食纤维联合益气养阴润肠汤治疗。比较2组老年功能性便秘改善率;排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状正常时间、自觉不适感消失时间;治疗前后患者便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分。结果观察组老年功能性便秘改善率高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组排便次数恢复正常时间、大便性状正常时间、自觉不适感消失时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前2组便秘患者生活质量量表(PACQOL)评分相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论膳食纤维联合益气养阴润肠汤治疗老年功能性便秘的应用效果确切,可有效改善排便症状,促进患者生活质量水平提高,缩短疗程,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of routine western medicine and dietary fiber combined with Yiqi Yangyin Runchang decoction in treating senile functional constipation. Methods 90 cases of senile functional constipation from February 2016 to November2017 were divided into groups according to the treatment method. The control group was given single routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with routine western medicine and dietary fiber combined with Yiqi Yangyin Runchang decoction. The improvement rate of functional constipation,the defecation times returned to normal time and the defecation character,quality of life of patients with constipation before and after treatment were was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of functional constipation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The time of disappearing feeling of discomfort was shorter than that of control group（ P 0. 05）,the scores of quality of life scale（ PAC-QOL） of two groups of constipation patients before treatment were similar（ P 0. 05）,and the score of quality of life scale of patients with constipation in the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Dietary fiber combined with Yiqi Yangyin Runchang decoction in treating senile functional constipation had definite effect,can effectively improve defecation symptoms,promote the quality of life of patients,shorten the course of treatment,and is worthy of promotion and application.
