麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗微血管心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Nicorandil in Treating Microvascular Angina Pectoris

目的观察麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔治疗微血管心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月—2017年11月收治的微血管心绞痛患者100例作为本次研究的观察对象,将其按照随机数字表法的分组方式分为2组,每组50例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予尼可地尔联合麝香保心丸治疗,对2组治疗前后血清指标变化和治疗效果进行观察比较。结果经3个月治疗后,对照组与治疗组的hs-CRP、ET-1均明显低于治疗前,其NO高于治疗前,组间予以比较,治疗组变化情况优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组患者展开比较,对照组低于治疗组,2组之间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合尼可地尔对微血管心绞痛效果良好,可有效修复损伤,改善患者临床症状和血管内皮功能,值得在临床中全面推广普及。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with nicorandil in the treatment of microvascular angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with microvascular angina treated in our hospital from April 2016 to November 2017 were selected as observation subjects for this study. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table grouping,with 50 cases in each group. The group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group was given nicorandil combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill on the basis of the control group. The changes of serum indexes before and after treatment and curative effect were observed and compared. Results After 3 months of treatment,the hs-CRP and ET-1 in the control group and treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment. The NO was higher than before treatment. The change of treatment group was better than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.There was a statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of Shexiang Baoxin pill and Nicorandil has a good effect on microvascular angina pectoris,which can effectively repair the injury and improve the clinical symptoms and endothelial function of patients. It is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical medicine.
