中医特色护理干预对肛瘘术后疼痛的疗效研究

Study on the Curative Effect of Characteristic Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Postoperative Pain of Anal Fistula

目的探讨中医特色护理干预对肛瘘术后疼痛的疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年11月肛瘘患者90例以数字表法分组,均进行手术治疗,对照组进行常规化护理干预,中医特色护理组开展中医特色护理。比较2组肛瘘患者对护理服务满意度;术后护理配合度、术后住院时间;护理前后患者疼痛VAS评分、SF-36简明健康调查问卷评分;肛瘘疼痛镇痛效果。结果中医特色护理组肛瘘患者对护理服务满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;中医特色护理组术后护理配合度、术后住院时间优于对照组,P<0.05;护理前2组疼痛VAS评分、SF-36简明健康调查问卷评分相近,P>0.05;护理后中医特色护理组疼痛VAS评分、SF-36简明健康调查问卷评分优于对照组,P<0.05。中医特色护理组肛瘘疼痛镇痛效果高于对照组,P<0.05。结论中医特色护理在肛瘘护理中的应用效果确切,可减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间,患者对护理服务满意度高。

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention on postoperative pain after anal fistula. Methods 90 patients with anal fistula from January 2016 to November 2017 were divided into groups by digital table method. All of them were treated by operation,and the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The TCM group applied traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention. The satisfaction degree of nursing care between the two groups,the degree of postoperative nursing cooperation,the postoperative hospitalization time,the VAS score of pain of patients before and after nursing and the score of SF-36 health questionnaire was compared. Results The satisfaction of anal fistula patients in traditional Chinese medicine nursing group was higher than that in control group P 0. 05. The degree of postoperative nursing cooperation in traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing group was higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine group. The postoperative hospitalization time was better than the control group（ P 0. 05）,the pain VAS score of the two groups before nursing was similar to that of the SF-36 concise health questionnaire（ P 0. 05）,the VAS score of the TCM characteristic nursing group was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）,and the score of the SF-36 simple health questionnaire was better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The analgesic effect of anal fistula in the characteristic nursing group was higher than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention on postoperative pain after anal fistula has definite effect,can alleviate pain,shorten hospitalization time,and increase patients＇ satisfaction with nursing service.
