中医特色护理对颈源性眩晕病人伴焦虑、抑郁者的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Cervical Vertigo

目的研究中医特色护理对颈源性眩晕病人焦虑、抑郁的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年2月来我院就诊的60例颈源性眩晕病人伴焦虑、抑郁者作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组患者采取常规护理,实验组患者在此基础上配合中医特色护理,对比2组患者的焦虑抑郁评分以及生活质量评分。结果实验组患者的焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组患者,并且其生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论相较于常规护理,利用中医特色护理可以更好地帮助患者缓解焦虑抑郁等负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量和生活水平,也可以更好地帮助患者恢复身体健康,因此值得被推广。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with cervical vertigo.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018 in our hospital,60 cases of cervical vertigo patients with anxiety and depression were selected as the research objects. Through the way of randomized method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with30 cases in each group. The control group took routine nursing care,on the basis of the control group,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristics nursing. The anxiety depression score and quality of life score was compared. Results The anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group P 0. 05. Conclusion Comparing with the conventional nursing care,the use of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics nursing care can help patients relieve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions,improve the level of the patient＇s quality of life and life,also can better help the patient recover health,so it is worthy of promotion.
