摘要
以CLIL(学科内容与语言整合性学习)模式为指导,构建包括需求分析、培训目标、培训内容、考核评估、效果反馈五大模块的中医双语师资培训体系。该体系的培训目标和内容均以需求分析为基础,具有针对性强、目标性强以及可操作性强的特点。经过在本校2016年中医双语师资培训中的应用实践,取得了良好的培训效果,学员反馈调查问卷结果显示,未来培训应进一步关注工学矛盾、培训保障机制和学员背景分析等方面的问题。
Based on CLIL( content and language integrated learning) theory,a training system of bilingual teacher of TCM is established,including training needs analysis,training objectives,training content,evaluation and teaching effect feedback. This system,deciding training objective and content based on needs analysis,has very strong pertinence,purposefulness and operability. The practice of the system worked well in Shandong University of TCM in 2016. Suggestions on conflict between working and learning,guarantee mechanism of training and background analysis of trainees are proposed based on the feedback questionnaire analysis.
