两粤黄檀香材挥发油成分及抗氧化活性研究

Study on Composition and Antioxidant Activity of Volatile Oil from Dalbergia benthamii Prain

目的测定分析两粤黄檀香材挥发油含量及组分,并评价其抗氧化能力。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取两粤黄檀香材挥发油,并应用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析其组分,峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。利用清除DPPH自由基、总抗氧化能力及还原力评价两粤黄檀香材挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。结果两粤黄檀香材挥发油含量为(12.9±1.1)mL·kg^(-1),挥发油中共分离鉴定出23个组分,主要为榄香素(69.89%)、甲基丁香酚(20.45%)、1,2-二甲氧基-4-N-丙烯基苯(2.68%)、芳樟醇(1.40%)及去氢白菖烯(1.10%)等。两粤黄檀香材挥发油表现出较强的清除DPPH自由基及还原力的能力,其清除能力及还原能力与挥发油呈良好的量效关系。结论两粤黄檀香材中挥发油的主要成分为榄香素,其总挥发油具有良好的抗氧化活性。

Objective To measure the contents of Dalbergia benthamii fragrant woody pieces,identify the components of the volatile oil and evaluate its antioxidant activity.Methods The volatile oil was extracted from Dalbergia benthamii fragrant woody pieces by water distillation,the chemical components of the volatile oil were examined by GC-MS and the relative contents of components were determined using peak area normalization method.Antioxidant activity of volatile oil from Dalbergia benthamii was evaluated by scavenging DPPH free radical,total antioxidant capacity and reduction potential.Results The content of volatile oils from Dalbergia benthamii fragrant woody pieces was（12.9±1.1）mL？kg^-1 and 23 components were separated,the majority of them were elemicin （69.89%）,methyleugenol（20.45%） and 1,2-dimethoxy-4-N-propylbenzene（2.68%）,Linalool（1.40%）,Calamenene（1.10%）,etc.The volatile oils from Dalbergia benthamii fragrant woody pieces showed good DPPH scavenging capacity and reducing power with a dose-effect relationship.ConclusionElemicin is the main component of the volatile oil from Dalbergia benthamii fragrant woody pieces and the total volatile oil showed good antioxidant activity.
