生/制/发酵何首乌化学成分、药理作用及肝毒性研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Pharmacology and Hepatoxicity of Raw,Processed and Fermented Polygonum multiflorum Thunb

何首乌为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.的干燥块根。何首乌含有蒽醌类、二苯乙烯苷类、黄酮类、磷脂类等多种类型的活性成分,具有抗衰老、增强免疫功能、降血脂、补血、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗菌等多方面的药理作用。何首乌肝毒性的临床案例报道日渐增多,其安全性备受关注。通过对生/制/发酵何首乌的化学成分、药理作用及肝毒性进行系统综述,为何首乌深度开发利用提供参考。

Polygoni multiflori radix is the root of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.of Polygonaceae.There are many active chemical constituents in P.multiflorum,such as quinines,stilbenes,flavones,and phosphor lipids.P.multiflorum has many biological activities,includes anti-aging,hypolipidemic and anti-atherosclerosis effects.However,an increasing number of recently published studies have demonstrated the hepatoxicity of P.multiflorum,which draws attention of public.In this review,we provide a systematic comparison between P.multiflorum and related processed products in chemical constituents,pharmacology and hepatoxicity.It can be helpful for the further development and utilization of P.multiflorum.
