摘要
为探究一些因素对企业环境创新行为的影响,构建政府和企业环境创新行为的演化模型,分析政府和企业行为演化规律,用数值仿真演示决策参数的不同取值和初始条件的改变对演化结果的影响。研究发现,企业环境创新行为可以向良好状态进化,也可以向不良状态进化,通过参数调控可以优化企业环境创新行为的路径演化,让系统朝良好方向发展,并提出相关激励企业环境创新行为的建议,从而促进政府和企业间良性互动。
To explore the effect of some factors on enterprise environmental innovation, we build a game model of government and enterprise environmental innovation behavior. Then, we analyse the evolution of government and enterprise and use numerical simulation to demonstrate the impact of the change of decision parameter's different values and initial conditions on the result of evolution. It is found that the system of evolutionary routes for environmental innovation behavior may not only evolve to good state, but also evolve to bad state. Through control of parameters, evolutionary routes for enterprise environmental innovation behavior can be optimized and guide the behavior of enterprises' making for the good direction. Finally, we put forward some relevant policies that can inspire enterprise environmental innovation behavior to promote the positive interaction between government and enterprises.
