全站扫描仪在仓筒倾斜监测中的应用

摘要 通过对仓筒进行倾斜观测,分析了全站扫描仪在建筑物倾斜变形监测中的优势。文中使用徕卡MS50全站扫描仪对仓筒主体进行扫描监测,利用自由设站和后方交会将点云数据统一到同一独立坐标系下,拼接后形成点云数据模型,计算得出仓筒的倾斜情况,全站仪的测量数据与全站扫描仪的监测数据对比得出仓筒倾斜率差值在千分之一以内,在可接受范围内。由此得出,传统的观测方法在其观测精度、周期等方面有一定缺陷,导致其观测精度低、周期长,且观测时对环境要求较为苛刻,往往不能很好的满足变形监测作业需求。徕卡MS50全站扫描仪能够获取完整目标物的点云数据,与GPS和全站仪相比,其采点密度高,可以对监测目标的细部进行表达,在仓筒倾斜监测中有重要的研究价值。 Based on the observation of silo inclination, the advantages of the total station scanner in the monitoring of the building^s inclination deformation are analyzed in this paper. The Leica MS50 total sta- tion scanner is used to scan and monitor the main body of the silo. The point cloud data is unified into the same independent coordinate system with free stationing and resection. After splicing, a point cloud data model is formed, and the silo inclination is calculated. The measurement data of total station instrument is compared with the monitoring data of the total station scanner, and the difference between the silo inclined rate is within one thousandth, which is within the acceptable range. The traditional observation method has certain defects in its observation accuracy and cycle, which results in low observation accuracy, long cycle, and harsh environmental requirements during observation. It often fails to meet the needs of de- formation monitoring operations. The Leica MSS0 total station scanner can acquire the point cloud data of the complete target. Compared with GPS and total station instrument, its density of mining point is high, which can express the details of the monitoring target, and has important value in the monitoring of silo inclination.
