养老是人口老龄化时代的一个难题。根据南阳市的调查数据,分析了养老途径的现状及存在问题,提出了解决养老问题的对策和建议。养老途径的改革势在必行,解决养老问题不能只靠政府,国家、企业、个人和社会在养老问题上都要做出一份努力。

Providing for the aged is a difficult problem in the age of population. According to the survey data of Nanyang, the present situation and existing problems of the way of providing for the aged are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problem of providing for the aged are put forward. The reform of the old-age way is imperative. The government, the state, the enterprise, the individual and the society should make efforts to solve the pension problem.
