国内外乡村振兴的理论转向和实践逻辑均非常注重乡村的文化取向。在乡村振兴战略下,以余姚市梁弄镇革命老区为例,对乡村振兴的文化传承问题进行理论探讨和实践探索,认为文化传承和文化反哺并重,通过传承将记忆转变为技艺,通过反哺提升乡村现代化,是老区代际文化传承的破题之道,通过乡风建设、乡智培训和乡愁重构等实现能力再造,以期为乡村振兴战略的实施提供经验借鉴和路径选择。

The theor y and practical logic of rural revitalization both at home and abroad attach great importance to rural cultural orientation.In the strategy of rural revitalization,take the old revolutionary base area in Yuyao as an example,this article explore the theory and practice research on the cultural inheritance in the villages.It is the way to solve the problem of intergenerational cultural inheritance:to pay attention to the cultural inheritance and cultural feedback equally,turn rural memories into skills,promote rural modernization through cultural feedback.It puts forward to implement dynamic re-engineering by the construction of local custom,intellectual training and homesickness recalling,so as to providing theoretical basis and path reference for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
