Entrepreneurial Environment, Entrepreneurial Cognition and Entrepreneurial Competence:A Theoretical Framework for the Promotion of A New Generation of Migrant Workers

基于计划行为理论与我国新时代的社会背景,从整体视角系统构建了新生代农民工创业促进的理论体系。新生代农民工的创业促进由创业环境促进、创业认知促进与创业胜任力促进三个主要要素构成,每个要素又包含相应的创业促进因子。三要素之间形成了情境、思维、行为的逻辑主线,构成了有机的整体。新生代农民工创业促进需要加强更深入的动态研究,需要将创业胜任力、创业认知、创业环境置于整体框架内进行统筹研究,从而更好地揭示新生代农民工创业背后的隐形密码。

Based on the theory of planned behavior and the social background of the new era of our country,the theoretical system of the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers is constructed from the overall perspective.The new generation of migrant workers’entrepreneurship promotion is composed of three main elements,namely,entrepreneurial environment promotion,entrepreneurial cognition promotion and entrepreneurial competency promotion,each of which contains corresponding entrepreneurial promotion factors.The three elements form the logical main line of situation,thinking and behavior,which constitute the organic whole.The new generation of migrant workers’entrepreneurship promotion needs to further strengthen the dynamic research.We need to integrate the entrepreneurial competency,entrepreneurial cognition and entrepreneurial environment in the overall framework,so as to better reveal the hidden password behind the new generation of migrant workers’entrepreneurship.
