"一带一路"倡议为中俄区域经济合作提供了重要的动力支撑,是推动中俄政治经济利益融合和共同繁荣发展的重要力量。中俄两国在"一带一路"中的引擎作用逐步增强,沿线交通经济带加快建设,但是两国区域经济合作受经济利益、地缘政治、社会文化和合作制度等多种因素的影响,在"一带一路"视域下,应当充分发挥市场组织的决定性作用、有效发挥社会组织的促进性作用、积极发挥政府机构的调控性作用等优化中俄区域经济合作的保障机制。

The ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative has provided important impetus for the regional economic cooperation between China and Russia. It is an important force to promote the integration of political and economic interests and common prosperity and development between China and Russia. The role of China and Russia in the engine of ＂Belt and Road＂ is gradually increasing, speeding up the Construction of Traffic Economic Belt along the Road, but the bilateral regional economic cooperation by economic interests, geopolitical factors, social and cultural cooperation sys-tem, in the ＂the Belt and Road＂ frame, should fully play a decisive role in the market structure, and effectively promote the role of social organizations, actively play the role of government regulation and optimization of the Sino Russian Regional the guarantee mechanism of economic cooperation.
